BROC - Baton Rouge Orthopaedic Clinic & After Hours (Bluebonnet)

I am truly thankful for Dr. chip Bankston for all he has done for my daughter. He is by far the best Doctor ever. From the start of both my daughter ACL injuries the service was outstanding. He is one the most compassionate Doctor I know. He took time out and explain the entire process and is always available to answer questions whenever you have any. My daughter is able to play this year the sport that she truly loves because of him. Five stars is not enough to give Chip for all that he do. He did not one surgery but two ACL surgeries on my daughter and the care was the same. Two injuries different legs. He is an exceptional Doctor. I recommended so many people to him because he is just that good. Thank you Dr. Bankston you are appreciated. They returned every call in a timely manner and was always available.

Dr. whatley an his staff are the best, second to none. I had surgery (total hip replacement) in 3 months I was already back to riding my horse an at 6 months back to competing, I can’t thank Dr. Whatley for all he’s done for me. I seriously would not choose anyone else if I needed help again. I can’t thank you enough for what you’ve done for me!

Dr Brent Bankston is wonderful. He listens and explains well. My rating is not 5 stars bc the checkin process is inadequate. It takes 10-15 minutes to get to the main desk and that is challenging for people whose mobility issues make standing for long periods of time difficult.. I suggest that BROC explore methods used by other facilities. The wait to be x-rayed has also been lengthy whenever I have been there. Perhaps too many patients are scheduled at the same time. The medical care is excellent; the process needs fine tuning.

Well first of all I know Dr. Linschoten for over 10 years. He is the only one I trust with my hip replacement. He take the time and explain everything thing to you and make sure you understand. And with him doing that he won me over! Most doctors don’t explain or even talk to you about when need to be done or what he is planning on doing. I Love my doctor and very thankful for him..

I have history with BROC but until now none with Dr. Ben Robichaux. From our first meeting prior to surgery at OLOL through our last meeting this week I had no doubt all would be well in the long run. Hopefully, I will never need another hand surgeon but if necessary let it be Dr. Ben Robichaux. Thanks for including my wishes in the healing process.
